An Epsilon Corps Mentor is a junior or senior undergraduate student who works with a Kean faculty member to develop an individualized STEM project.  Successful STEM projects will be shared in undergraduate General Education courses, research forums, and Epsilon Explorers Summer Institute for incoming freshman students.  Mentors will serve as peer leaders for undergraduate STEM majors and serve as tutors and role models for students in courses such as Transition to Kean (GE 1000) and Research & Technology (GE 2024).
