  Welcome to Epsilon Corp

What is Epsilon Corps?

Epsilon corpsSupported by the Department of Undergraduate Education (DUE) of the National Science Foundation, Epsilon Corps is a campus-wide program at Kean University designed to enhance students' successes in science, technology and mathematics (STEM) majors.

Students participate in yearly events, interact with other students in hands-on explorations and research projects, benefit from structured tutoring and mentoring activities, and make their studies in science, mathematics, and technology more interesting and more productive through community building and enhanced career awareness.

Epsilon Corps creates a science-friendly campus culture and promotes interests in STEM careers among incoming students who either intend to major in STEM areas or are undecided on their choice of majors.

These students, known as Epsilon Explorers, will engage in peer-led exploration activities throughout the year, participate in Epsilon Explorers Summer Institute, and explore their interests in STEM careers through special sections (Sections Z) of General Education courses including Transition to Kean (GE 1000) and Research and Technology (GE 2024).
